Do I need to sign in #
About, this guide, and public trending assets are readable without sign-in. Report history, API connections, important signals, and identity-required AI actions follow the existing sign-in rules. Reading these pages does not require a provider connection.
Who pays for what #
The platform provides its existing public data view and server functions. You choose and connect your AI provider and optional SocialData account; their model or social-search requests may be billed under your provider terms. Check your contract and actual usage for price, allowance, and failure charges. MacroAgent does not publish a payment plan, free duration, or fixed per-run cost here.
What happens after a failure #
Some market-data failures refresh under the workbench's existing behavior. An AI or social request with an unknown outcome cannot be assumed free and blindly repeated. Manually starting another research run may be billed again. Closing a report panel may not cancel a request already sent. Check status and history first.
How are keys and reports handled #
Enter keys only through the signed-in connection page and its existing protected storage path; connection lists should not expose full keys. Never paste a key into this guide, a screenshot, or a report body. Past reports are private user content and excluded from the public sitemap. The guide explains methods without reading your reports.
